Use CueStudio’s AI teleprompter

Read your script with CueStudio’s voice-following teleprompter. Learn about English AI follow, manual scrolling, text size, and on-device speech processing.

How does the voice-following teleprompter work?

CueStudio’s AI follow processes your English speech on your desktop and uses it to follow your position in the script. It is useful when you want a prompt that responds to your delivery instead of moving at a fixed speed.

The phone supplies the camera while the desktop runs the studio. A near-lens selfie prompt puts the words close to the phone camera so you can read without looking across to the laptop.

Set up your script

Open a CueStudio session on your desktop, pair the phone using the QR code, and allow camera and microphone access. Paste or write the script in the studio’s script editor.

Adjust the prompt text size until you can read comfortably from your recording position. Use shorter paragraphs and natural pauses in your script. Rehearse a few lines while checking the shot before recording a full take.

Enable English AI follow

Choose AI follow in the prompt controls. The English speech model downloads the first time you enable it, so allow that download to finish before relying on the mode for a recording.

Speech processing happens on your desktop. Your audio and script are not sent to CueStudio’s server with the model download. Speak clearly and check whether the prompt follows your place during a short practice take.

When to choose manual scrolling

Manual mode moves the script at a pace you choose and lets you adjust speed and text size. It is an alternative when you prefer a steady pace or when your script is not in English.

Start with a comfortable speed, rehearse the opening, and adjust the pace before recording. AI follow, generated captions, and transcription currently use English; changing the interface language does not translate your script or enable speech recognition in another language.

Keep the recording setup stable

Keep the phone camera page open and in the foreground while recording and transferring. Shared reliable Wi-Fi is recommended. A server helps the devices connect, so the browser-based workflow is not a promise of fully offline operation.

After the take transfers, you can review and trim the original in the same studio. Generate English captions if needed and export in a wide, square, or vertical frame.
